Fantails are one of the oldest and most widespread pigeon breeds. This exhibition breed is quite distinct from the wild pigeon and may sometimes display some white coloration. Fantails reach sexual maturity at around 6 months of age.
They typically lay about 2 eggs per clutch, with approximately 6 clutches per year. The incubation period is about 18 days. Please note, these Fantails are not the Indian Fantail variety.
