Directions for Use
General use: Mix 1ml to 2 ml in 1 L (33.8 fl oz) of drinking water for 5 to 7 consecutive days or

Racing: 4 ml in 1 L (33.8 fl oz) of drinking water, 2 to 3 days before the race. Repeat when necessary.
